Foreign funds buy 57,300 crore stocks in December – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Foreign portfolio investors have injected over Rs 57,300 crore into Indian stocks this month so far amid a steady decline in the US bond yields. With this, total investment by FPIs surpassed Rs 1.62 lakh crore this year.
In terms of sector, FPIs were big buyers in financial services and also showed interest in sectors like autos, capital goods, and telecom.
